Section 8 AAC 88.160 - Misrepresentation to obtain program money(a) An individual or contractor who misrepresents material facts in order to receive program money or assistance under the program may not receive any benefit under the program and might be required to reimburse the department for any money received under the program.(b) Any person who has information which supports a reasonable suspicion that an individual or contractor has deliberately misrepresented facts shall promptly notify the division.
