Section 8 AAC 85.500 - Request for hearing(a) Within 30 days after the date of mailing of the notice of denial of refund, the employer or employee whose claim has been denied may file with the department a written request for a hearing. The request must set out the reasons for requesting a hearing and the amount the appellant believes should be refunded.
