Section 8 AAC 30.072 - Determining residencyThe department will consider the following information in determining whether a person is a resident:
(1) where the person, the person's spouse, and the person's dependent children maintain their principal place of abode;(2) where the person's dependent children are enrolled in school;(3) the person's address on driver's licenses;(4) the person's address on motor vehicle registrations;(5) where the person's bank, credit union, or other financial accounts are maintained;(6) the person's address on hunting, fishing, trapping, or other licenses;(7) where the person is registered to vote;(8) the person's address as shown on Department of Revenue permanent fund dividend records; and(9) any other relevant facts.Eff. 9/27/87, Register 103Authority:AS 36.10.075
