Section 8 AAC 97.330 - Notice of hearing

The labor relations agency will give notice of a hearing to the petitioner, respondent, and any intervenors at least 10 calendar days before the hearing. The notice must state the

(1) date, time, place, and nature of the hearing;

(2) bargaining unit or units involved;

(3) name of each party.
