Section 7 AAC 145.670 - Recipient cost-of-care liability(a) The payment determined under 7 AAC 145.650 and 7 AAC 145.660 will be reduced by the amount of the recipient cost-of-care liability determined by the department in accordance with 7 AAC 100.554.(b) The facility is responsible for collecting from the recipient the amount of the recipient's cost-of-care liability.
