Section 7 AAC 85.025 - Obligation to submit accurate and complete information

The department

(1) will take reasonable steps as necessary to ensure that information submitted by a provider under this chapter is accurate and complete; and

(2) may require a provider to correct information that is found to be inaccurate or incomplete.
