Section 7 AAC 70.140 - Qualifications of a Department of Corrections substance use disorder treatment program

To be approved by the department, a substance use disorder treatment program operated for the Department of Corrections under AS 33.30 must collect and report the statistical and service data requested by the department under a memorandum of agreement, or similar device, with the Department of Corrections.
