Section 7 AAC 67.410 - Emergency shelter care in foster homes(a) A foster home may not accept children for emergency shelter care without an emergency shelter care specialization and agreement approved by the department.(b) A foster home shall follow all requirements set out in the emergency shelter care specialization agreement.
