Section 7 AAC 67.341 - Alcohol, marijuana, and other regulated substances(a) Use of alcohol, marijuana, and other regulated substances in a foster home must be conducted in a manner that does not interfere with the supervision of children in care.(b) The department may require a foster home to submit a plan for approval for the storage and use of marijuana and alcohol in the home.
