Section 7 AAC 56.050 - Implementation
(a) Repealed 7/1/2022.
(b) The licensing representative will not assess compliance with the requirements of this chapter until the agency's license is renewed, converted from provisional to biennial status, or reviewed, or until an investigation of an allegation of noncompliance with a requirement of AS 47.32 or this chapter, whichever occurs first.
