Section 7 AAC 54.150 - Disclosure of child protection information to other states

The department may disclose to an out-of-state governmental agency with child protection functions information that has a direct bearing on an investigation or judicial proceeding in which the protection of a child from child abuse or neglect or the custody of a child is at issue.
