Section 7 AAC 52.115 - Media(a) A facility shall afford media representatives the same opportunities to tour that facility and visit residents as afforded other people under 7 AAC 52.110 and 7 AAC 52.250.(b) A resident may be interviewed without approval of the superintendent.
