Section 7 AAC 52.100 - Health services(a) The superintendent of a facility shall ensure that adequate medical and dental services are provided to all residents.(b) The facility physician shall supervise the prescription and administration of medication. The physician may designate appropriate staff members to assist the physician. Medication may be prescribed only by licensed physicians or other health professional authorized under state law to prescribe medications.
