Section 7 AAC 50.800 - Applicability(a) Except as otherwise provided in 7 AAC 50.800 - 7 AAC 50.890, the provisions of 7 AAC 50.800 - 7 AAC 50.890 apply to residential psychiatric treatment centers for children.(b) In addition to the standards for residential psychiatric treatment centers set out in 7 AAC 50.800 - 7 AAC 50.890, a residential psychiatric treatment center shall comply with the general standards set out in this chapter for care of children in a residential child care facility except if those general standards conflict with the provisions of 7 AAC 50.800 - 7 AAC 50.890.Eff. 6/21/2001, Register 158Authority:AS 44.29.020
