Section 7 AAC 50.220 - Caregiver age requirements

In a full time care facility caring for children

(1) in which the oldest child in care is under age 15, a caregiver must be at least 18 years of age; and

(2) in which the oldest child in care is age 15 or older, a caregiver must be at least 21 years of age.
