Section 7 AAC 47.599 - DefinitionsIn 7 AAC 47.547 - 7 AAC 47.599, unless the context requires otherwise,
(1) "department" means the Department of Health and Social Services;(2) "gross income" means income before any deduction;(3) "living with" has the meaning given in 7 AAC 40.240(c);(4) "public institution" means a governmentally owned establishment that furnishes food, shelter, and some additional treatment or services to 16 or more persons; "public institution" does not include the Alaska Pioneers' Home or Alaska Veterans' Home;(5) "spouse" has the meaning given in 7 AAC 40.240(b).Eff. 8/1/2007, Register 183; am 11/25/2007, Register 184; am 2/27/2016, Register 217, April 2016Authority:AS 47.05.010
