Section 7 AAC 47.561 - Report of change(a) An individual must report to the department certain changes in circumstances that could affect eligibility for assistance under AS 47.45.301 - 47.45.309 and 7 AAC 47.547 - 7 AAC 47.599. A report of change must be made within 10 days after the event occurs, and may be made by a responsible person acting on behalf of the individual.(b) Changes that must be reported under (a) of this section include (1) a change in mailing or residence address;(2) the death of an individual receiving assistance;(3) an admission to or discharge from an institution or a facility specified in 7 AAC 47.553(a);(4) an absence from this state for 30 consecutive days or more; and(5) a change in income that would affect the amount of the cash benefit under AS 47.45.302.Eff. 8/1/2007, Register 183; am 11/25/2007, Register 184; am 2/27/2016, Register 217, April 2016Authority:AS 47.05.010
