Section 7 AAC 47.300 - Applicability(a) The department has determined that a need exists among the state's adult population for the availability of nonmedical residential care. The purpose of the program described in 7 AAC 47.300 - 7 AAC 47.525 is to provide financial assistance to eligible adults, including vulnerable adults, who require the protective oversight of an assisted living home.
