Section 7 AAC 45.370 - Separating income from resources(a) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, money received by a member of an ATAP economic unit is considered income in the month it was received; if any of that money remains available to the ATAP economic unit in the next month, the department will consider the remaining money a resource of the economic unit.(b) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, a cash payment made to a member of an ATAP economic unit is considered to be income only for one month.
