Section 7 AAC 45.149 - Coordination with qualified entities

If the department contracts with, or awards a grant to, a qualified entity under AS 47.27.050 or coordinates with an Alaska Native organization family assistance program under AS 47.27.070, the department may authorize the entity or organization in writing to perform certain duties that the department would perform under this chapter to the extent allowable under the law. If the department provides written authorization under this section, the entity or organization shall follow the standards set out in AS 47.27 and this chapter.
