Section 7 AAC 43.730 was repealed and readopted as an emergency regulation that took effect August 6, 1992 as set out in Register 123, October 1992. The readoption of this section, however, was not made permanent. The substantive provisions of that section as it appeared in Register 123, were moved and now appear in 7 AAC 43.1990.
