Section 7 AAC 40.350 - Computation of income

The following computations are made to determine total monthly income:

(1) the monthly income available to the applicant is identified by source, type, and amount;

(2) from the amounts identified are subtracted any amounts which are excluded under 7 AAC 40.320 or 7 AAC 40.330;

(3) the resulting amounts, if any, are added and rounded to the nearest dollar. This amount, which cannot be less than zero, is the total monthly income.
