Section 7 AAC 34.070 - Renewal; lapse of registration(a) A patient who wishes to renew a registry identification card must apply for the renewal in the manner provided under 7 AAC 34.020 and must pay the renewal fee established in 7 AAC 34.080(b).(b) A patient whose registry identification card has expired at the time of submission of an application for the renewal will be considered a new applicant for a card and must pay the fee for first-time applicants established in 7 AAC 34.080(a).Eff. 6/1/99, Register 150Authority:AS 17.37.010
