Section 7 AAC 27.890 - Confidentiality of required reports and medical records; applicability(a) A report to the department required under this chapter and all information received by the department while exercising its authority under AS 18.05 or AS 18.15 are considered medical and related public health records for purposes of AS 40.25.120(a)(3) and are not public information subject to the public records requirements of AS 40.25.110.
