Section 7 AAC 26.420 - Application for certification(a) A person who wishes to apply for a certificate as an ETT instructor shall apply in writing to the department on a form provided by the department.(b) The department may require an applicant to obtain criminal and driving records from one or more federal or state agencies at the applicant's own cost.(c) The department will issue a certificate if an applicant meets the requirements of 7 AAC 26.430.Eff. 1/30/87, Register 101; am 6/23/2001, Register 158Authority:AS 18.08.080
