Section 7 AAC 24.330 - Appointments and terms of advisory council members(a) Members of the advisory council serve staggered terms of three years. (b) A member of the council shall serve until the commissioner appoints a successor. (c) An appointment to fill a vacancy on the council is for the remainder of the unexpired term. (d) The commissioner will not reappoint a council member who has served all or part of two successive terms unless three years have elapsed since the person last served on the council. (e) The council shall select two co-chairs from the members to serve terms of one year.Eff. 12/25/2020, Register 236, January 2021
