Section 7 AAC 24.061 - Calculation of employer payments(a) To help cover accounting, reports, and other program operation costs, the department will charge the employer a per-contract administrative fee of five percent of a health care professional's total contract value.(b) If the department contracts for services described in AS 18.29.105(f)(1) or for a fiscal agent, the department will assess the employer an additional per-contract administrative fee of one and one-half percent of the health care professional's total contract value. (c) In the annual report to the advisory council, the department will include a summary of expenses relative to fees collected.Eff. 12/25/2020, Register 236, January 2021
