The regulations in this article which were repealed effective June 4, 1983, Register 86, have been replaced by regulations in 18 AAC 30.500 - 18 AAC 30.590, effective June 4, 1983, Register 86, in recognition of Executive Order No. 51, which transferred functions from the Department of Health and Social Services to the Department of Environmental Conservation. The history notes of the repealed regulations were not carried forward.
