Section 7 AAC 13.085 - Program evaluation(a) A facility shall develop procedures necessary to evaluate the program and shall conduct an evaluation annually.(b) The evaluation must include (1) information about demographic characteristics;(2) assessment of community and client reaction to services, which may include questionnaires, surveys, or board reports; and(3) progress report for the five-year plan for increasing self-sufficiency.Eff. 3/17/85, Register 93
