Section 7 AAC 07.105 - Periodic reports(a) Regardless of whether the facility is making an expenditure that requires a certificate of need, a health care facility, as defined in AS 18.07.111, shall complete and submit to the department an annual expenditure and data report on a form provided by the department.(b) A person who is issued a certificate of need shall provide the department with written reports on the development of the activity until the activity is completed or terminated. The person shall submit a report required under this subsection on or before January 1 and July 1 each year. If the first submittal date occurs less than six months after the certificate of need or determination was issued, the first report is due on the following submittal date.(c) The department will prepare and publish an annual report on the status of requests under 7 AAC 07.031, letters of intent, applications, and reviews under this chapter. In the annual report, the department will include a general statement of the findings and decisions for each completed review.(d) For purposes of the uniform statewide system of reporting required under AS 18.07.101, the department will include in the annual report published under (c) of this section a summary of available health care services.
