Section 7 AAC 07.050 - Review for completeness(a) The department will review each certificate of need application received under this chapter to determine if it is complete.(b) No later than 30 days after the department receives an application, the department will notify the applicant in writing that the application has been accepted as complete or will request additional information under (c) of this section as necessary for the department to complete its review.(c) If the department requests additional information under (b) of this section, the applicant shall submit the information no later than 60 days after receiving the request. The department will review any additional information submitted under this subsection no later than 20 days after the information is received and will notify the applicant that the application is complete or that the department requires additional information to complete its review.(d) If an applicant fails to submit, no later than 60 days after receiving the request, additional information requested under (b) or (c) of this section, the department will deny the application.
