Section 7 AAC 05.630 - Divorce or annulment

A certificate of divorce or annulment shall be filed with the bureau for each divorce or annulment of marriage granted within Alaska, on or before the 10th day of the month following the month in which such decree was granted. The certificate form shall be prescribed by the State Registrar.
