Section 7 AAC 05.300 - Certification of information

Monthly the State Registrar shall certify the necessary information to the Department of Administration to secure the payment of the fees specified in the Vital Statistics Act to those local registrars, deputy local registrars, and sub-registrars entitled thereto.
