Under AS 44.62.125(b)(6), and to reflect Executive Order No. 113 (2005), eliminating the Telecommunications Information Council and transferring its functions to the governor and to the Department of Administration, the regulations attorney relocated the council's regulations to 2 AAC 96, as of Register 176 (January 2006).
