Section 6 AAC 94.200 - Scope(a) Except as provided in (b) of this section, the provisions of 6 AAC 94.200 - 6 AAC 94.280 apply if the governor has declared a disaster under AS 26.23.020 and makes money available for individual and family disaster grants.(b) If the President declares a major disaster or emergency under 42 U.S.C. 5121 - 5204 c (Stafford Act), and provides a grant to the state for making individual and family grants under 42 U.S.C. 5178, the provisions of 6 AAC 94.200 - 6 AAC 94.280 do not apply to those grants and do not apply to the state's participation in that grant program.Eff. 2/11/2000, Register 153; am 7/1/2000, Register 154Authority:AS 26.23.020
