Section 6 AAC 88.050 - Form of notarial certificates for remote notarial acts

A notarial certificate for a remote online notarization is sufficient if it is substantially in a form prescribed by the laws and regulations of the state and conforms with AS 44.50.075(c) by including a statement that the notarization was performed using communication technology.
