Section 6 AAC 30.497 - Hearing record
(a) The hearing record consists of the accusation and answer, as amended, the recording of the hearing, exhibits and depositions admitted or excluded by the administrative law judge or hearing examiner, affidavits, stipulations, briefs, orders, the recommended decision and objections to it, and the final order of the hearing commissioners.
(b) A party may purchase from the commission
(1) a copy of the audiotape of the hearing; or
(2) a transcript of the audiotape of the hearing, if the commission prepares a transcript.
