Section 6 AAC 30.330 - Determinations(a) If the commission's staff determines that a complaint is not supported by substantial evidence, it shall prepare written findings and a determination on each alleged violation of AS 18.80.(b) If the commission's staff determines that an administrative closure of a case is necessary prior to a conciliation failure, it shall prepare a closing order with a written explanation of the reasons for dismissal.(c) If the commission's staff determines that the complaint is supported by substantial evidence, it shall prepare written findings and a determination on each alleged violation of AS 18.80.
