Section 6 AAC 30.230 - Filing date
(a) The complaint filing date is the date when postmarked or received by the commission, whichever date is earlier.
(b) A complaint by a person alleging a discriminatory act or practice not of a continuing nature must be filed no later than 300 days after the alleged discriminatory act or practice occurred.
(c) A complaint by a person alleging a discriminatory act or practice of a continuing nature must be filed no later than 300 days after the alleged discriminatory act or practice stopped.
