In Register 163, October 2002, an emergency regulation that took effect July 8, 2002 regarding the Atqasuk Precinct was numbered as 6 AAC 140.006. To correct that inadvertent re-use of the section number of the formerly repealed 6 AAC 140.006, the regulations attorney renumbered the Atqasuk Precinct provision as 6 AAC 140.007 when the emergency regulation was made permanent in Register 164, January 2003.
