Section 6 AAC 27.010 - Date and conduct of school board elections

The regional educational attendance area election will be held annually on the first Tuesday in October. The elections will be conducted

(1) in accordance with AS 14.08.041-14.08.081 and 6 AAC 27.010 - 6 AAC 27.110; and

(2) if procedures and requirements are not expressly provided in AS 14.08.041 - 14.08.081 or 6 AAC 27.010 - 6 AAC 27.110; in accordance with applicable provisions of AS 15; and

(3) by mail, when permitted under AS 14.08.071(b) and AS 15.20.800.
