Section 6 AAC 25.610 - Mailing address information for absentee or questioned voting

Failure of a voter to provide the voter's mailing address on the voter's certificate when voting an absentee ballot in person before an absentee official or voting a questioned ballot at a polling place on election day will not cause the ballot to be rejected if the voter's registration and eligibility can be verified.
