Section 5 AAC 93.200 - Standards for an educational fishery program

An educational fishery program must have

(1) instructors who are qualified to teach the subject matter;

(2) enrolled students;

(3) minimum attendance requirements;

(4) procedures for testing a student's knowledge of the subject matter or the student's proficiency in performing learned tasks; and

(5) standards for successful completion of the program.
