The regulations in this chapter apply to fee schedules, endangered species, or other specific responsibilities of the commissioner. The regulations in this chapter are adopted by the commissioner of the Department of Fish and Game rather than the Board of Game.

Effective in Register 134, July 1995 with the addition of Article 2 to the chapter, the regulations attorney corrected the title of this section to reflect the applicable regulations in Article 1.
