Section 5 AAC 92.049 - Permits, permit procedures, and permit conditions(a) A registration, Tier II, or drawing hunting permit required by this title will be issued under 5 AAC 92.050 - 5 AAC 92.052, 5 AAC 92.061 - 5 AAC 92.063, 5 AAC 92.067, and 5 AAC 92.070.(b) The department shall produce an annual Tier II permit supplement and drawing permit supplement. For each permit hunt the supplement must set out the permit application procedures and permit conditions authorized under 5 AAC 92.050 - 5 AAC 92.052, 5 AAC 92.061 - 5 AAC 92.063, 5 AAC 92.067, and 5 AAC 92.070.Eff. 8/20/89, Register 111; am 7/1/2000, Register 154; am 7/1/2004, Register 170
