Section 5 AAC 92.020 - Application of permit regulations and permit reports(a) The Provision of 5 AAC 92.028 - 5 AAC 92.053 apply to nontransferable permits issued by the department for possessing or taking game, and to conditions and procedures for permit hunts. The Provision of 5 AAC 92.065 and 5 AAC 92.066 apply to permits for access to state game sanctuaries.(b) A person may not falsify any fact on an application, affidavit, permit, or report from required by the permit or by this section or 5 AAC 92.028 - 5 AAC 92.066. A required report must be made in accordance with the instructions on the permits, and must be submitted to the department before, or upon, expiration of the permits, unless otherwise specified.Eff. 7/5/85, Register 95; am 8/20/89, Register 111; am 7/1/2014, Register 210, July 2014
