Repealed 7/1/86.

An amendment to 5 AAC 77.510(f) was adopted by the Board of Fisheries on May 9, 1986, and was filed by the lieutenant governor on June 12, 1986, to take effect July 12, 1986. That amendment however, never took effect due to the emergency repeal of 5 AAC 77.510 effective 7/1/86.
