Section 5 AAC 75.050 - Waters closed to sport fishing(a) The waters within 300 feet of a fish weir or fish ladder are closed to sport fishing, unless a lesser distance is indicated by ADF&G regulatory markers.(b) It is unlawful to cast, drift, or place by any means a hook, bait, artificial lure, or artificial fly into waters closed to sport fishing.In effect before 1983; am 4/3/83, Register 85; am 6/26/2016, Register 218, July 2016
