Section 5 AAC 40.180 - Additional information(a) If, after an application has been accepted by the PNP coordinator, the PNP coordinator determines that more information is necessary in order for the department to evaluate the biological, management, and economic feasibility of the proposed hatchery, the PNP coordinator shall request, in writing, the necessary information from the applicant.(b) If the requested information is not received by the PNP coordinator within 90 days of the date of the written request, the application will be rejected.
