Section 5 AAC 38.412 - Fishing seasons for sea urchins in Registration Arca J

In Registration Area J, a person may take sea urchins only from October I through January 31 , during fishing periods established by emergency order, and only under the authority of a permit issued by the commissioner under 5 AAC 38.062.
